Returns Policy 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, any defective or unused items may be sent back and will be refunded in full.  We will only accept return of goods within 14 days from date of dispatch, proof of purchase must be supplied. Goods should be returned to Travel Clinic North Shore, Apollo Centre, 119 Apollo Drive, Albany, North Shore City, Auckland 0630. All items for return must be in their original packaging. The customer will cover all costs of returning goods, unless the item(s) were delivered in error or are faulty.
